Adding and Removing items to and from your Basket
Products displayed on screen will have a default quantity of one. Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button to include the item on your order.
Should you require more items, replace the quantity given with the required amount and click 'Add to Basket'. You will then be taken to your basket to either amend quantities, remove items or to 'Proceed to Checkout'.
In the case of ordering personalised items, there will be an additional box next to these products to add any specific colour, design details or message appropriate. Additional guidance information should be detailed in the product details.
Please see the 'cancellation section' below to double check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
Limited or Out of Stock Items
If we have limited stock or no stock showing on a particular item you wish to order, then please contact us stating the item(s) and quantity request.
On receipt of your request, we will be able to inform you if we can make any more of this item for you, and if so, what the timescales for delivery would be.
We would recommend in these circumstances that you process your order for any additional separate items you require so that you do not miss out on the online availability of stock.
All prices listed on our site can be adapted to show UK Pounds, US Dollar and Euro - see the drop down menu at the top right hand side of our Home Page. Delivery Costs are detailed in our 'Delivery & Returns' section. Please note, when ordering outside the UK, the current exchange rate will determine the exact charge that you will pay for your order.
All payments will need to be fully completed through Paypal for your order to be complete. You will receive confirmation of this via Paypal.
Paypal is a very popular, secure way of paying for your online items. For more information about Paypal, please click on the Paypal logo on our home page or click on this Paypal link to be redirected to their website. Please note that you will need to press the 'back' button on your computer to return to our website from Paypal.
Items are normally dispatched for delivery within 5 working days of purchase, however personalised and made to order items may take up to 28 days for delivery. Once your order has been placed, a more specific estimation of delivery will be sent to you by email. More information about delivery can be found in our 'Delivery & Returns' Section.
Cancellations/ Amendments to Orders
If you wish to cancel or change items, please contact us as soon as possible via telephone or via our contact form. Please mark any correspondence / enquiries as urgent, so we can assist you with this as soon as possible.
In the case of any personalised orders, if we have started the manufacturing process, these items will not be able to be cancelled. If you contact us and the order has not gone into production at the time of receipt, we will endeavour to meet your request for changes or cancellations.
