Q, Are my Credit Card details safe?

A, We will never have access to your credit card details. All transactions are processed through PayPal, which is a very popular method of online payment.  For more information about Paypal, click on the PayPal logo on our home page or click this Paypal link to be redirected to their website.  Please note you will need to press the 'back' button on your computer to return to our website from Paypal.
  

Q, Do I need to sign up to PayPal to order online?

A, No, you can use PayPal for a one off purchase using your credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. Alternatively you do have the option to sign up at the time of purchase if you are not already an existing customer.

 

Q, Can I cancel my order or change my mind?

A, It is not possible to cancel or change personalised orders once they have started the manufacturing process. However, if the order has not gone into production when we receive your request we will endeavour to meet your request for changes or cancellation.

 

Q, Can I receive a refund of my postage costs if an item is received faulty?

A, Delivery postage costs

If you are returning your whole order due to it being faulty, then a full refund of the delivery cost will be given.  If you ordered multiple items and are only returning a part order that is faulty, then no refund will be given for delivery costs as the one standard delivery cost would apply on your whole order.

A, Return postage costs

If a valid receipt via your courier is received, with your return parcel, showing postage return costs,  then a full refund of your return postage costs will be given.  .
